We are in the process of looking for a new maskant for plating. The following are our requirements.

1) Needs to withstand Nickel,Copper,Gold,Silver plating and their activations. - Temp. from 75 degrees to 140 degrees.
2) Low VOC - 250 gm/liter max.
3) Preferred method is brushing.
4) Good Curing time.
5) Able to provide adequate thickness - 0.001 to 0.020
6) Easy to remove with out the use of solvents.
7) Pass long duration in tank. 1 - 72 hours.

I'm looking for any water based products to test that will fit my needs.
