Ergonomics for Powder Coating Conveyor Lines

---

I am looking for information on ergonomics or ergonomic studies which have been done recently on conveyer lines. We are currently loading overhead powder coating conveyor lines by hand -- and are seeing an increase in repetitive motion strains/stresses etc. The product that we load is light-wall, approx 3/8" to 2" steel tubing, which requires a variety of hooks and racking configurations.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Steve

I was wondering what is an average maximum weight that can be pushed by a person on a roller conveyer??
