Sulphur-based Electroless nickel

-----

We are seeking a electroless nickel plating system, with sulphur as a reducing agent. That means no Phosphor, no boron. This system should be able to substitute for a sulfamate nickel process. If anybody has heard about such a process please let me know.   Thanks

Thomas

Sorry, never personally heard of an electroless nickel bath that is both phosphorous free and boron-free. But you might to check "Chemical (Electroless) Nickel Plating" and "Electroless Plating: Fundamentals & Applications".
