Need tin electroplating thickness tester

I am looking for Tin Electroplating Thickness tester.

I am a brass components manufacturer. I have applied tin Electroplating on my brass components and i want to check the thickness of the tin electroplating.

So if u know the any type of insturment for testing, than please suggest to me.
