Need zinc phosphate line new or used for machine shop [Indiana]

I need a zinc phosphate line (new or used) or information to build my own. I have a machine shop that produces military parts. My volume is not great, but my supplier is very unreliable and quality is spotty. I have experience in iron phos and traditional spray coatings. Any help is appreciated. Need to meet mil-spec for zinc phos. Also looking to add manganese phos line.
