PLATING UNIT

  • The plating unit is 96" long.
  • It has two 10 gallon tanks, five 2 gallon tanks, including one metal one for the electrocleaner.
  • Five of the tanks have heating elements and controllers.
  • Four of the tanks have pumps and filters.
  • There are five double counter current rinse tanks, three 25 amp rectifiers and an overall control box.
  • There is also a water treatment set up with a sump tank and four ion exchange tanks.
