Zinc:

Barrel & Rack Systems

These plating systems offer high volume service which include colors of black, clear. yellow, olive, and Trivalent Chromates.

 

Zinc Alloy (Cobalt):

3 Automatic Rack Systems, 1 Automatic Barrel System

Rack capabilities: Small pieces up to 7 foot lengths, (8' to 9' possible) which includes chromate of yellow, black, and clear, including RoHS-compatible trivalent.

 

Zinc Nickel Plating:

Yellow/Bronze, and Black

 

Sulfamate Nickel Plating

2. Metal Finishing:

Black Oxide (Hot): Rack and Batch

 

E-Coat Paint (PPG-800): Semi-Gloss Black, Automatic Rack Line.

 

Chromate Conversion: Aluminum Alloys and Zinc die cast material

 

Baking: Hydrogen Embrittlement relief

 

Zinc Phosphate: Rack and Batch
