Letter 9025

Metal bannister shows imperfections. Can't get rid of all the paint.

I have a metal bannister that I have stripped of almost all the original paint. I say *almost* because when I sprayed the item with primer all the very tiny areas of leftover paint now standout like crazy. How do I finish this project and minimize the imperfections? Any ideas?
