Specs for black anodizing

I am into blacken anodizing, can you please inform me with the American hardcoat standards, Mil-A-8625 [link is to spec at TechStreet] type III and AMS2469 [link is to spec at TechStreet] (wear test) and also the European hardcoat standards, ISO 10074 standard and BS 5599 [link is to spec at TechStreet] as soon as possible .
