Seeking Chromate conversion touch-up [Italy]

Touch-up of MIL-C-81706 - I have read in the MIL-C-81706 that there are materials for coating aluminum and aluminum alloys classification like form VI - Premixed liquid (ready for touch-up use in self-contained applicator device) use with the method D - applicator pen. I'd like to know if you know the manufactures of these materials to apply with this method and a question: how I contact them? Okay to publish.
