Hi,

for boron removal there are some methods.

E.g. there are selective ion exchange resins as Purolite S-108 ir Amberlite IRA 743.

Ion exchange is the method of choice, when you don't have to remove other components. Otherwise membrane processes like Nanofiltration or reverse osmosis might be helpful, too.

Hi, Wolfgang Neubrand.

May I know the effectiveness of using NF? Is MF at 0.2micron nominal size work for boron removal? How good is it?

Thank you
