Electroless copper plating on silicon microstructures

I am a graduate student in Electrical Engineering at Louisiana Tech University.I have taken up "ELECTROLESS PLATING OF Cu ON SILICON MICROSTRUCTURES" as my thesis topic.can anyone tell me the recipes for obtaining neat depositions or where I can find them.
