Letter 6000

Zamak, Za-8, or other cosmetic finish for zinc die castings [Okla.] 

.

We are needing cosmetic metallic finishes on about 100,000 small zinc die castings (zamak and/or za-8) per yr.

Could anyone suggest a cost effective process? thanks.

Hi, Anil. Any reason to not just lacquer or clearcoat them for corrosion resistance?
