Need refinishing of brass lamps

My brass lamps are quite old - 30 to 50 years old. I'm told they're brass - two bridge lamps and two table lamps but the floor lamps are completely black (thought they were wrought iron) and the lamps are speckled.

I'm looking for a Northern VA location to handle the refinishing.
