Need Ion Vapor Deposited Aluminum plater [New Jersey]

I am looking for vendors to bid on IVD aluminum coating per MIL-C-83488 (or equivalent - spec is actually updated, it is now MIL-DTL-3488, but I can get by with out certification to either of them). I have 234 Sleeve Bolts that are approximately 3/8" dia x 7/8" long each. Thank you for your consideration.
