Looking for plater to do pipe 15'-18' long

I need a plater that will do Zinc(chromate yellow) to ASTM B-633 [link is to spec at TechStreet] SC4 TypeII, Pipe Lengths 15'-18' long. Preferably in the upper midwest.(Wisconsin,Illinois,Minnesota,Michigan,Indiana,Ohio),but will also consider other locations.
