Need a reflective coating or liner for inside of a PVC pipe [Texas]

Our company is looking to have a 8" PVC pipe coated or lined with a reflective material. Would this be possible? We want to have UV light to reflect off of the material to provide more dwell/contact time for the water in the pipe.

Sure would like to hear some discussions on this. And would like to talk to a company that could help us out on this if it is possible.
