Need OPC Drum Recoating machine and Tools [Canada]

I read about your methods of recoating OPC drums and I'm ver much interested in buying this system. So please let me know to which type is this machine can coat, and what if the drum is completely scratched. Can it recoat also the Sillinium drums, or just the OPC,
