Need Electrical Resistance Testing Per MIL-DTL-5541 or MIL-DTL-81706 [Arizona]

I would like to know how electrically conductive the surfaces of my aluminum and zinc parts are when I get them back from chem film coating. I would like to use the method specified in MIL-DTL-5541 and 81706. Who does this type of testing? I need sources and am willing to make test panels, etc. I am in the southwestern US (PHX).
