Seeking IVD alum class 1 type II [Michigan]

Hi,
I am looking for a business that can perform an Ion Vapor Deposited Aluminum Coating per MIL-C-83488.

Material to be treated – 4340 Steel COND C SAE-AMS-S-5000
Heat Treat to 150 KSI UTS Rockwell C 34-38 per SAE-AMS-H-6875
Parts will be shot peened
**Apply Aluminum Coating per MIL-C-83488, Class 1, Type II. Do not plate holes**
25pc 1.25" x 2" x 8.25"
25pc 1.5" x 2" x 15.75"
25pc 2" x 2" x 10.75"
Each Part will have 3 holes ranging from 3/8" to 15/16" and the holes are not to be plated.
