Cast iron kitchen sink needs restoration [Minnesota]

We just purchased a cast iron kitchen sink that is in of some TLC. We would like to have the sink and faucets restored in order to use the sink in our kitchen. I would guess that the sink is from the 1940's. it is not in bad condition but does need some work. Any suggestions?
