Acid-based non-cyanide Albaloy plating solution?

July 26, 2009

Presently the only known Albaloy Chemistries have been in Cyanide based chemistries. Are there Controllable Albaloy chemistries in Sulfate type or MSA type chemistries.

Also regarding Albaloy anodes: years ago there were companies producing Albaloy anodes. Are there companies still producing such anodes?

Ed. note: Albaloy is probably a trade name, but presumably Louis would be pleased to hear about any acid-based "white bronze" or "trimetal" plating bath.
