Looking for an enameler or epoxying company

I am a manufacturing artist looking for someone in the US to do colored permanent enamel/powder coat/ or epoxy coating to thousands of feet brass jewelry chain. links are 5x6mm made from 20 gauge wire . I had this done in another country & although the finished product was fine, I would like to have more options on the colors etc, I had a real issue with lack of communication due to language barriers. I just know there must be someone out there who can do this in this wonderful country of ours!! I do appreciate any leads from anyone!!
