Hi, Aryan. What operating conditions are you employing, and what cathode efficiency is it generating?

You need to be careful of what you ask for. Tungstenate is added to plating solutions like nickel and cobalt to make the plated metal harder. There is an optimum amount of it in the plate for hardness and cost.
Voltage/amperage varies the ratio of the deposited metal as well as pH, temperature and concentrations of the metal ions.
Remember, you are plating an alloy and you would like it to be very very close to reproducible.
