Need 1 20" chrome wheel re-plated if possible.

I have a set of wheels that have been discontinued. One of the wheels chrome is peeling. I need it to be plated again. I have checked everywhere for a single wheel and no luck. So my last option is to have it re-plated. No one in my state (WV) does electroplating. I will however pay a reasonable amount to repair it if someone can. I have pictures available if needed. Thanks to all.
