How to apply PVC powders

Hi! I just require to know whether polyvinyl chloride coating can be done by electrostatic spraying method as in case of normal powder coating.

Hi, Ashraf. Well, I don't think there is anything unique about PVC that prevents you from spraying it, but that's not the same thing as saying that the coating will be satisfactory or that the method will be practical :-)

Thermoplastic coatings like PVC usually are specified because they offer properties (like corrosion resistance) not achievable with thermosets, and this usually implies much thicker coatings. It is more practical to achieve thick coatings by dipping in a fluidized bed than by spraying. Good luck.
