Rust alternative removal

I have rust pits around a 67 buick front windshield around the glass pinch weld ... hate using sand blaster is there a better way......chemicaly or??? i am looking also for vintage parts for the old bugger as well 67 buick riveria-=-=-=-= all trim and door window motors

It would surprise me if you could, Sean, but it sounds like something you could try as a 10-minute science project rather than spend 10 times as much time conjecturing about it :-)
