How to prep new resin for DI service?

September 18, 2008

How to prepare new resin prior to in service? I have experienced when I replace old resin with new one, the new resin performance was worse than the old one. Is there any special treatment for new resin before we use it?
Thanks

Well,

depends which resins (manufacturer, val-volume etc) you use. As well respect the regeneration and conditioning times and concentration.
