RFQ: I am looking for companies who do Zinc-Nickel plating.I have had problems finding a company to do this for me because of the part's dimensions.
The part is semi circular with a maximum diameter of 7.4 feet and a depth of 1.5 feet. If anyone knows who can coat a part with these dimensions, please contact me. Thank you.

.Oladapo, One option you can check out is Brush Plating. This process uses hand held electrodes to deposit the material. Because it doesn't use tanks it can plate large components. If you have any questions let me know.

.Dear Oladapo: I believe that I may know of one or more platers who can plate your part. I am supposing that it is steel and not Stainless (which would require a Wood's Nickel Strike). I shall be happy to direct you to the proper place. Sincerely, Ed
