What is Gold Rhodium plating?

Is there any such thing as 'gold rhodium plating'? If so can anyone explain to me what this is? I only know of rhodium which is silver like.

Hi, Aloke. I've never heard of quite exactly that term, but gold plating followed by a flash of rhodium seems pretty common as a contact surface in electronics; and jewelry is frequently made of white gold with a rhodium plating topcoat. Could this be what you mean? (See our FAQ, "Rhodium Plating and White Gold"). Or maybe you are thinking of a piece of jewelry of two colors?
