Ultrasonics for cutting aluminium

We need to cut 0.2 millimeter (about 0.0008 inch) thick (overall) aluminium sheet recovered of a thin polymer sheet. Can ultrasonic cutting do this with good precision? What is the precision of ultrasonic cutting?
