Can't remove residue and rust on Inconel pipes

Residue and rust left on welds in inconel pipes after cleaning in ultrasonic system with turco 4215 powder. any help please

If you are using ultrasonics, I assume that these are relatively small parts.
Being retired, I have not used Turco products in a long time and do not remember their number system.
If this is a caustic, it needs to be strong and hot to remove rust. It also needs to be formulated for rust removal AND for ultrasonics. This said, it does not rinse easily, especially in tubes or passageways.
Acid rust removers tend to rinse easier, but still are going to need a flow thru system to get the "residues" out.
In short, you need the correct material and excellent rinsing.
