Hello Mooney,
Thanks for reply. Earlier we were doing dip lacquer after Ni plating.
To get the matte effect it was easy to add matting agent. But now we
have replaced the dip lacquer by electrophoretic. In this we are not
getting the matte effect like we were getting earlier. If we add the
matting agent to get the desired effect then complete system may get
blocked.
I am not expert but this is what our suppliers have reasons that they
can not get the matte finish in electrophoretic process as in dip
lacquer. But being in Lighting Industry the finish is one of most
important parameter for us. Appreciate your suggestions. Thanks.
