Need TSA coatings for carbon steel pipe and equipment [California]

Our company is involved in engineering and constructing a major project (more than a billion dollars) and we may need established TSA coating companies to coat a substantial quantity of pipe (vaiours sizes 1" NPS through 24" NPS) and equipment (pressure vessels and heat echangers, different sizes) with TSA.
