Zinc phosphating - Process flow, requirements and specification [India]

I am Ramanathan,
I am working in vendor development (auto industries)
Here I am looking in surface finishing process, Little bit I know about plating and anodizing process because I handeled these suppliers.
In future I will develop zinc phosphating process also.

No home brew will do as well as a proprietary solution from an established reputable vendor.
Normal cause is the part is not cleaned properly. Grit blast is a preferred method with a quick caustic cleaning to remove trace oils and then processed thru the phosphate.
If you are using an acid dip, then you need an additive in the rinse before the phosphate AND it needs to move with all due haste because it will flash rust after the acid, even in the rinse tank.
