Adhesion test roller does not meet spec hardness requirements - need other sources [California]

Our supplier for the paint adhesion test 4-1/2 pound roller supplies a roller that is advertised to meet the 70-80 durometer hardness requirement. An independent laboratory found the roller to be significantly outside that range.

We have made an exhaustive search of the internet and find no other vendor. Do any of your finishing.com suppliers sell rollers that will meet the 6301.2 requirements?
