Black Chrome/ Nickel on Fish Hooks: Looking for a Job Shop in NYC / NJ Metro area. [New Jersey]

I need to get small qtys of fish hooks plated in black nickel or black chrome , needs an undercoat of copper ( as long as salt spray life is within 20 hrs , its fine even w.o the copper coat) . This can only be done in a barrel and cant be racked as hooks are small and given the high qty requirements it is impossible to rack.

I am able to give you repeated business as demand for our hooks is growing . The steel is EN 42D or High Carbon 1080 AISI.
