Difficulty Electropolishing 17-4 SS parts [India]

Hi There

We manufacture small SS screws.We are able to get good electro polishing results on 304 SS parts,but when I run 17-4 SS parts in same bath they come out etched and lusture less.

Electrolyte bath 1s 75% Phosphoric acid and 25% Sulphuric acid. Cathode material is 316 SS and 6V. I don't know why it is not working for 17-4??

Any suggestions are extremely welcome

Because 17-4 contains Cu.
