MDF cut, artwork reproduced and applied to the cutouts, and coated with a high gloss sealant

I have been using Environmental Tech EnviroTex Lite [link is to product info at MisterArt] at home to finish painted wood cut outs made from MDF. I am a small home business and would like to produce a larger quantity. I don't want to do any more pouring in my home shop. I am looking for a company that can put the finish on for me. The flat wood cut outs range in size, the largest are about 3'x2' and smallest items 12"x12". I would also like to find a company that could do the cutting of the MDF. My ultimate goal would be to have the MDF cut, artwork reproduced and applied to the cutouts, and coated with a high gloss sealant. If anyone knows of any information that would be helpful I would greatly appreciate it.
