Questions about Composite Diamond Coating
March 6, 2008
I am doing a composite diamond coating on a parts of engine rotor. The electrolytic is Nickel Sulfamate. The coating area is like a screw with a wave through and peaks on circle. The diamond particles is 90 to 107 micro. Here are some question.
1. The specimen was buried into the diamond powder or suspension diamond powder, which one is adaption me condition? or other way?
2. Do the powder need pre-treatment before add into the solution? If yes, how to pre-treament?
3. Is the surfactant need?
Anymore suggestion for this case, please tell me.
Thanks
