Any value in an old indoor grill hood?

+++++++

We are removing a large exhaust hood from an indoor charcoal grill in our family room. It has not been used as a grill for years and we need to remodel the area. Question is this: we don't know what the hood is made from exactly, so don't know if it should be removed carefully, to sell, or taken out expeditiously. The metal is "bronze" in color on both the outside and inside of the hood, but this could only be a finish, not the true color of the metal. Could it be brass? or copper?
Magnets do stick to the hood.
We thank you in advance of our remodeling.

First of two simultaneous responses -- +++++++

It's made of steel and practically worthless.

If the magnet adheres you can get rid of it the least expensive way. No matter how attractive it may look it's junk.
