How can I do electroless deposition of titanium?

+++++++

Dear Sir,

I am a researcher in National centre for catalysis research, India. I would like to carry out electroless deposition of Ti on various substrates. May anyone suggest me how to do the experiment. Kindly suggest to me which Ti precursor is to be used.

Sincerely,

Your idea is interesting and as afar as I am aware has not been done from an aqueous system. I am of the opinion that electoless deposition of titamium in an aqueous environment is impossible. One of the joys of being a student is discovering new things, so I would suggest you develop your scientific knowledge of the properties of titanium and its associated metals and try to develop a workable process. If you decide to copy someone else's ideas and successes, it doesn't make you a good scientist, just a simple copier - develop your own successful process and then you become a scientist!
