What dispensing equipment do we use for phosphatizing pretreatment line? [Canada]

Our company is in the process of acquiring a batch process powder coat finishing system. We do not know what equipment or where to find equipment for dispensing the phosphate cleaners. WE assume we need asome type of power washer. We also assume we need an evaporater to make dispensing of the used cleaning chemicals easier.

We would appreciate your advise.

If by dispensing, you mean metering the chemicals into the bath, you're probably looking for a standard metering pump. LMI and Prominet are two of the more common suppliers of these pumps. There are several manufacturers.

I'd suggest doing an internet search for metering pumps and contacting suppliers/distributors. Be sure to tell them what you're metering and how much you think you'll need. They'll be able to determine the best model.
