Need to know about about Metalize Offset Printing [UAE]

Need some important information about what is the process we have to adopt for metalize offst printing. Presently we are trying Metalic silver foil on the ccrb board then first we did primer coating over the metalic laminated board the second pass we run for the offset printing with UV inks.
Is any other way to print such job to avoid First Pass (Primer Coating) or any special inks we have to use.
