Touching up anodized receiver

I am restoring an old shot gun for my dad and have the stocks refinished and barrel blued but cannot seam to touch up the alluminum receiver.I don't want to use a marker but,neither do I want to spend 350.00 + dollars on a kit.Are there any alternatives?

If the receiver is all aluminum (no steel parts), an anodizing shop can re-anodize it for a lot less than $350.
