Chem film needed for Ti /6AL-4V [California]

I have a titanium part that needs to be chem filmed that is 2.900x1.675x1.000. All our vendors are aluminum only. The quantity will be 3000+ pieces in 2 lots. We will require certs to appropriate mil-specs with the production. Please provide a quote.

There is also a requirement for painting, clean and pickle also, but we have that covered. We of course would rather do it all in 1 place but the chem film is our issue. So we can discuss the other requirements if you can help us.
