Does powdery Alodine 5200 hurt adhesion?

When treating aluminum with alodine 5200,sometimes after the
product dries there is a powdery coating that is left behind. does
this powder affect the paint adhesion?

I would certainly expect so, and would expect that over-drying was
the problem. Do you paint these parts or reject them? If you paint
them, what have you found regarding adhesion? Thanks.
