3D Photo chemical etch process

+++++++

We manufacture surgical blades for ophthalmic surgery application. Material used is hardened and tempered stainless steel in 0.15mm thick. Presently we get the blanks made by PCM process and the sharpening of edge being done by proprietary grinding process.Please let me know whether the cutting edge (bevel)can also be produced by PCM (photo chemical etch) process.
