If you express your questions in a fashion that reveals that you truly understand them, people will help you, Kate. If you express them in a fashion where it looks like you are asking someone to do your homework because you don't even understand the questions, we can only do what your teachers demand that we do: tell you to do your own homework.

Kate,
The first thing that you need to know is what form is the copper sulfate, If you go to a good chemical reference book, you will find that there are several. There are very strong odds that it is the hydrated formwhich is what nearly everyone means when they say copper sulfate. Next, is it in crystaline form or a saturated solution?..Do your chemistry, on the input side, put copper + sulfate + H + chloride = ? + ? etc.Now you will need a good chemistry book to see if there is any reaction. You will definately have a mixture solution form, but are any new products formed? Some good internet work or some great library work will give you colors when you add it to water. Here you need to consider what the strongest color will be and if there is any shading of the colors as they mix.
My bet is that this is highschool and there the answer is normally the simplest one.
Please come back whith what you find.

When anhydrous copper sulphate is added to water it becomes blue. anhydrous copper sulphate also becomes blue when added to HCl, why? because of the H ions?
