Vacuum Vapor Deposition of Lime Glass

++++++

Good morning all,

I would like to know what kind of tests is recommended for vacuum vapor deposition of Cr (1st layer) and then Ni (2nd layer). The substrate is a lime glass. The metallization is at the edges of the glass. We are using a cellophane tape (L-T-90) for an adherence test. We look for no removal of the metallized coating from the glass edges. Is this test too agressive?. If so, how can we measure adhesion?
